This tour starts at Liverpool and ends in Little Buffalo State Park. Along the way you will travel from Liverpool through Phoutz Valley to Millerstown and then to Newport along the Juniata River and finally Little Buffalo State Park. Historical sites of interest along the way include:
The Red Bridge covered bridge just outside Liverpool,
The Cochran-Anspach House in Millerstown
Historical Markers in Millerstown for the Rippman Tannery and the Millerstown Canal

Fleisher’s Bridge covered bridge just outside of Newport
And finally Clay’s Bridge covered bridge at Little Buffalo State Park
